The Link Urban Living
A real estate asset that works for you
A single rental program for the entire building
The Link Urban Living is a presale project that converts an existing building into 152 long-stay residences, grouped into a rental pool with lower exposure to individual vacancy.
It sits on Calle Elvira Méndez, in the heart of Panama City's banking district, between Vía España and Calle 50. The Iglesia del Carmen Metro station is two minutes away and Soho Mall four.
The units come in three models: Compact, 29 to 30 m², functional and efficient; Plus, 33 to 34 m², with a better balance of rest, work and storage; and King, 38 to 43 m², the largest, designed for long stays. Each arrives furnished, with a sleeping area, a work space and a private bathroom. The building adds coworking, a gym and a rooftop terrace.

Frequently asked about The Link Urban Living
What is The Link Urban Living?
A multifamily investment development by Urbania Developer on Calle Elvira Méndez, in the banking district of Ciudad de Panamá: 152 furnished long-stay units, with entry prices from $110,000, professionally operated by Ayuura under a rental pool model. You purchase real estate titled 100% in your name.
Is this a hotel or a short-term rental business?
No. The Link is long-stay multifamily housing, with a minimum of 45 days per contract and a professional, corporate resident profile. There is no daily turnover. You are buying real property titled in your name: a real asset, not a share in a hotel program.
What exactly does Ayuura do, and how much does it cost?
Ayuura is the program's professional operator: marketing the units, finding and supporting tenants, managing contracts, coordinating payments, overseeing operations and reporting to the owner. Its compensation is set out in the management agreement and is tied to the program's performance. The full terms are provided with the investor package.
Are returns guaranteed?
No serious operator guarantees returns, and neither do we. What you do get: a product designed for rental from the outset, a professional operation whose incentives are aligned with yours, and transparent reporting so you can verify performance period by period.
Can foreigners buy?
Yes, with the same titled ownership rights as a Panamanian citizen. Panama is a dollarized economy and one of the most open jurisdictions in the region for foreign real estate investment. The unit is titled in your name or in your company's name.
