What is the starting price for an Urbania home?

How does the buying process work?
Four steps: (1) reserve the unit with a holding deposit, (2) sign the promise-to-purchase agreement, (3) process your mortgage with our partner banks, where we pre-qualify you by household income at no cost, and (4) handover of keys with legal and after-sales support from Urbania.
What is the preferential interest rate, and which developments qualify?
A Panamanian program that subsidizes the mortgage interest rate on new homes within certain price ranges. Alamedas houses fall within those ranges; an advisor will review your case with the bank at no cost and tell you the reference household income for each development.
Which banks does Urbania work with?
Urbania buyers have financed their homes with every major bank in Panama: Banco General, Global Bank, Caja de Ahorros, Banistmo, BAC Credomatic, Multibank, Banesco, Metrobank and Mercantil. Our processing team handles your application directly with the bank that best fits your profile.

Yes. We believe in transparency: we publish regular construction progress updates for each development, so you can follow the building of your new home closely, all the way to delivery.
